Password Manager

So im trying to login into Password Vault.

I've set authetication policy in AuthPoint to my IdP.
I've installed AuthPoint Password Manager into my Edge browser

When im cliking login im getting issue:

"
Error 401
User name or password is not valid."

Is there a way to troubleshoot it somehow?
