strange issue with iphones only

Good Morning

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction please.

We use o365 for our e-mails ect.

We have no issues signing into it from our network or android devices, however on iphones when entering the credentials required (as stated works on the above) it just goes back to enter the user details again.

I don't think the firewall is blocking access as I would see it in the logs and it wouldn't work on other devices but it is strange it is only iphones connected to our internal wifi connected to our firewall > external networks or mobile data is fine.

Is anyone able to help please?

    Hi @Martin_Turner

    I would definitely suggest trying the above with a packet filter policy (perhaps from one phone's IP that you're testing with) in order to determine if the proxy is causing any problem at all.
