Authpoint not working after reinstall

On a workstation I had to remove and reinstall the Authpoint Logon App. I reinstalled using the latest version and I do not receive the authentication prompts when logging in. I've removed and replaced multiple times yet I can't get the prompt regardless of what I do.

    The AuthPoint logon app need to download it's config from the cloud before it will start enforcing policies. If this isn't happening, does the workstation have internet access?

    I was hoping it was going to be a quick fix, but it's off to the support center I go.
