Retired Device

Hello, while trying to configure one of my firebox to the cloud, I by mistake retired the device. And because of that,now, is not giving me the option to activate the product again, because it saids that the key has been already used.

Is there any option to activate the product again by myself or do I need to speak with the technical support?

    Create a support case and select Customer care, tell them what happened, and ask them to restore this device to your account for you.
