Cannot upgrade a T10 from 12.5 to 12.5 Update 1

That dang lack of memory is back to haunt me.

It won't upgrade from PM nor from the web UI by direct download from WatchGuard nor by T10.sysa-dl file, even after a reboot.

Trying to upgrade from the web UI, I got this error:

An error occurred in the upgrade process: 161 Backup failed: Reserve RAM failed. Please run the backup when system load is lower. Upgrade canceled. No changes were made to the Firebox.

What magical steps must one take to get a T10 to upgrade?

    Can you run the backup first manually, then reboot and do the upgrade?

    After FIVE REBOOTS of the client's T10 last night, I finally was able to get it to upgrade using Policy Manager. It still wouldn't do so from the web UI.

    Fortunately, I only have one T10 in service.

    I am afraid to sell anything less than a T35, and most of my clients are in the T15 size and price range, so that leaves me selling very few Fireboxes, unfortunately.
