Frame and CRC errors on a M370 Vlan port

I have been trying to troubleshoot an issue for awhile now. I have been seeing receive CRC and frame errors on our VLAN port to a EX4600 Juniper switch. I have tried replacing the cabling and transceiver on the juniper with no luck. I have tried moving ports with no luck. Kicker is I'm seeing the errors on 2 different firewalls in the same scenario. Any insight would be appreciated.

    If just a few, don’t get overly concerned

    By a few i mean: RX packets:251349082 errors:532308 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:266111

    To me, that is a lot of frame & error counts

    Hi @mhakin

    If we're seeing them on the receive (RX) side it generally means they're arriving at the firewall that way. That specific counter only resets on firewall reboot, so if the firewall has been up for some time, that may not be too alarming.

    I'd suggest opening a support case with that information and one of our technicians can take a look at the firewall and see if they can help make sense of those errors.
