Add AuthPoint user to FB Policy
I am struggling with something that seems like it should be simple. Which makes this one of those issues that are "hard to Google for"
How do we add a specific AuthPoint user to a Firebox Policy? As in, how do I allow AuthPoint user JDoe access to the internal IP of 192.168.4.15 via port 22 when they make an SSL VPN connection to our network?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @unitedregional
You'll need to add the user in Users and Groups first. Once the user is there, you can add it to policies.
See:
https://www.watchguard.com/help/docs/help-center/en-US/Content/en-US/Fireware/authentication/define_users_groups_about_c.html
Please note that the usernames are case sensitive, and will appear however the user types them in when they authenticate. If you add user "Jdoe" in the policy and the user logs in as anything else, like "JDOE, jDoE, JdOe, etc" the user will not match and the policy will not pass the traffic.
