VPN client not connecting for one computer

One user cannot connect the VPN client from his home computer. After clicking Connect it hangs with the message: "Waiting for connection. . . Initialization Sequence Completed with Errors (see http://openvpn.net/faq.html#dhcpclientserv)". We can connect with this user's credentials on multiple other computers including a laptop in his same home network. We have the latest client installed, but we have tried using older clients. The Firewall is a T35 that is current on software and has a current license. Any ideas?

Most likely it is something on the client PC which is blocking this access.
Any antivirus suite or similar installed?

You can check the SSLVPN client logs - on Windows, right click on the SSLVPN icon -> View Logs

You can turn on diagnostic logging for SSLVPN which may show something to help in Traffic Monitor:
In WSM Policy Manager: Setup -> Logging -> Diagnostic Log Level -> VPN -> SSL
Set the slider to Information or higher
In the Web UI: System -> Diagnostic Log -> VPN -> SSL.
Click the down arrow and select Information
