VLAN Across 2 sites

We have 2 sites connected via a BOVPN.
Site A M370
Site B M270
Site A has Vlans that need to be extend to site B. We have devices that are being transferred to site be that need to be on the same vlan as site A. DHCP servers are running on site A for the vlan.
Can the VLan be extended to Site B so that the devices transferred there can retain the same network from site A?

    No.
Devices on the other end need to be on a different subnet - or if they are on the same subnet, then you need to use 1-to-1 NAT on your BOVPN setup so that the devices seem to be on a different subnet.
