WSM java error front panel

I recently upgraded my M590 cluster (active/passive) to 12.10.1B689694
and when I open WSM i get this error:

An error occured while refreshing "Front Panel":
java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "Wed Jan 3 19:05:21 2024"

The time/date matches upgrade time...
I do not have Java installed on management server (it was removed earlier as it is not free anymore).

I did remove Wg sw from mgmt server and did a reboot and then installed it again but same issue remains.
