T45 Kernel Crash

help
my customer use T45 and sometime it crash or freeze it make internet no access or can't VPN.
it hardware problem or not
my customer is using M200 (our spare firewall) never have kind of problem like this

    If you have a support contract on your T45 firewall, then you should open a support case on this.
    Select the SUPPORT CENTER link above, log in & select Create New Case

    @Tantikorn In addition to opening a support case, please mention the M200's serial number in your case so our team can get you a temporary feature key for that appliance.
