Cannot connect to Network Drives through Wi-Fi
I am using Firebox M370 V12.9. We have wi-fi using AP-332CR Access Points. When using the Private network, I am able to see the network drives on the PC, but am unable to open any of them. I can ping the servers and other computers. Any ideas on how to access the network drives?

Do they require Windows credentials for access?
How are you trying to do the access?
Windows - Map Network Drive ?
If so, the select the "Connect using different credentials" box.

Hi @Steve87 I'd suggest checking your windows logs/event logs for errors -- if you're able to see them, it's likely not the AP causing the access issue.
If you're using a different DNS/WINS server for your wireless network, you may not be able to do so by FQDN/name.
