SSL VPN Client gets stuck at "Connecting" status before failing
One of our remote users in China is unable to connect. The Client gets stuck at "Connecting" Status and then fails after a while. No known changes were made to the client/computer. The user was able to connect previously.
Any idea why this is happening? The user needs to access the corporate network in North America. I have attached the log file.

Could be that the great China firewall is now blocking this.
The log suggests that the VPN is able to authenticate to the firewall, but is failing to stand up the actual tunnel. Judging by the location, Bruce's suggestion is likely.
You can try having the user connect to a different IP or use a different VPN type, but there is no guarantee that this will work if the traffic is being blocked.
