LogonApp causing windows crashes

Hello.

An attempt has been made to install Authpoint on three desktop computers and it has disabled them. I suspect that it could be an issue with the antivirus and I am trying to make an exception but I cannot find documentation of the Authpoint installation path and/or executables to create a policy.

Any help, would be apreciated

    Hi @pablo_dguez
    AuthPoint installs into the directories that Windows is in (C:\windows, C:\windows\system32)
    If you're having trouble with an antivirus, I'd suggest opening a support ticket so that we can look into it.
