I get a warning saying "There was a problem with the wizard"
I got a warning saying, "The wizard encountered a problem communicating with the device. The device may not be configured correctly or may be in an unknown state." After that warning, ping won't work either. Please tell me how to improve it.

How did you connect to the firewall to run the Setup Wizard???

After setting it to factory defaults using the reset button, I connected it to Port1. After that, I checked the communication with ping and then ran the Quick Setup Wizard.
Not knowing how to use the console port, I connected it to the console port and tried to log in from WGM. I had a problem after that, so I think that's the cause.
I pressed the reset button to restore it to factory settings and then tried to set it up using the Quick Setup Wizard. However, during setup, the following error occurred. What are the possible causes? Please also tell me how to improve it. "The wizard encountered a problem communicating with the device.
