Log VPN SSL connections

edited November 2023 in Technical Discussion

Hi everyone!
Some time ago I can check the log of the VPN connections via Cloud (pic attached)

Is it possible to saw that list again? Maybe I failed in the configuration somewhere?
I can not check in a new device and lost it in the previous one (image)

  • Have you added your new firewall to the cloud for reporting?

Try increasing the date range. If there are no client VPN authentications for the selected date/time range, then the Authentication selection item is not shown.

  • Yes, the firewall was recently added to the cloud. But I had got other devices that even not show the "authentication" in the menu.

As you proposed, the date range make the thing. Was strange because I was making many connections the same day and it not show anything.
I've just change the range to "last 14 days" and the menu updates with all the connections.

    Thanks!

Under most circumstances, the menus will appear once the firewall has enough data on any specific category to show it.

If users are connecting for multiple days and not disconnecting, you may see days skipped because nobody happened to authenticate on that day.
