unable to register firebox serial number

hi there i have a firebox m200 and i have been trying to configure it and register it with no success i have ran the reset option as descrbed on your documentation. but when i connect to the box witht he ip10.0.1.1:8080 it simply times out i have the port one connected to the LAN and port 0 connected to my mac any advise would be appricieated

    Port 0 should be connected to an Internet port.

    Connect port 1 to your PC or Mac and then make sure that you are accessing https://10.0.1.1:8080 and that your PC/Mac has an IP addr from the 10.0.1.x subnet

    After running the QuickSetup Wizard and creating an initial config, then you can connect port 1 to your LAN.

    -Like Bruce mentioned, you'll want to be plugged into port 1 once you've run thru the setup procedure. You should get a DHCP address somewhere in the 10.0.1.x space.

    -An M200 is end of life, and was likely already registered.
    Use the lookup tool here to see if that's the case:

    If the M200 was already registered, create a customer care support case (use the support center link at the top right of this page to do that.) You'll want to include a picture of the serial number barcode on the back or bottom of the device to prove that you own it in the case.
