BGP unreliable on 12.9.4?
Viewing the release notes I see the BGP engine changed to FRR in 12.9. This hasn't caused us much trouble until recently.
We had a pretty bad power outage about 2 weeks ago and since coming back up, BGP will not maintain our redundant AWS tunnels. It always seems to drop 1 tunnel after a short time. It can be reproduced by failing over to the HA node - one or both tunnels go down and do not come back up.
Anyone else experiencing BGP issues on 12.9.x?

Without any logs or details, it's really difficult to provide anything helpful. I would suggest creating a support case and including a support file and/or support access to the device in question so that our team can take a look and assist.
