Upgrading from cloud do not work
Hi,
I pushed version 12.10 out to different devices tonight (running 12.9.4) but nothing happens on the devices. Add backup from cloud do neither work.
This is on T40 and M370 devices.
I only had 1 T40 device which upgraded with succes. I going to upgrade from WSM instead.

We'd need to see the logs from WatchGuard Cloud and the devices that didn't upgrade to determine the issue here.
I'd suggest creating a support case so that the issue can be looked into. Unfouranetely, with the small amount of data here I can't say one way or another why the upgrade may have failed.

Well, it started working later last night as a portion of my T20 devices have been upgraded with succes.
