large access list

I am trying to figure out the best way to add a large access list to an inbound firewall rule. Example I only want to allow tmobile IPs to access my inbound port rule for OWA. its about 100 lines of networks and subnet mask size

I would suggest using an alias:

(you can also import IPs into the alias using the format in the help article linked.)
