Unable to send request to module

I have a firebox running firmware 12.9.3

We keep getting an issue when we try to save the policy we get the error shown below:

Any idea why it does not allow to save changes?

I have disabled WatchGuard Cloud to allow me to save but I need to enable it again.

    Hi @D4rkSeven
    I'd suggest opening a support case for this.

    The support tech will likely need more information related to this, I would suggest including a support file from the firewall taken right after that popup appears.

    -Open firebox system manager, and go to the status report page.
    -Click support.
    -Leave this window open, and then open policy manager.
    -In policy manager, try to commit a save as before.
    -When the error appears, click retrieve in the firebox system manager window. Please include that file with your case.
