Could you please advise if I have 2 devices M390, one of them is already fully configured, now we have a passive device for the cluster, is it possible to set up the cluster? Or should both devices be in default state or the configuration should be the same?"

You can configure another member at any time -- so long as the model number and firmware version match. The only device that is defaulted during the process is the new device you're adding to the cluster.0
