Which rule makes sense?
Hello,
I'm a new user here and configuring our new M290. Our mailboxes are hosted at-removed link-. Some mailboxes are picked up here via IMAP. But there is also a forwarding of mailboxes to Office365. A migration to Office365 has not been carried out. The mailboxes are now fetched via Autodiscover. Which rules do I configure now? I have already set up an IMAP proxy rule. Thank you...RalKre

Hi @RalKre
-If you have users using IMAP, setting up an IMAP packet filter or proxy should allow access via that.
-For Outlook (MAPI) access, port 443 (HTTPS) is often what is used.
-Any email forwarding is usually carried out via SMTP, an SMTP packet filter or proxy should help with this IF the server is local to you. If it is outside of your network, you likely do not need to set anything up for this.If you're unsure, I'd suggest looking at the traffic logs in traffic monitor to see what ports/protocols are in use by those clients and is getting denied.
