Cannot generate configuration report

hello
a little problem, i cannot generate config report from wsm, error message :

"Unable to generate the reports for the following devices:
Device00002(T25W-Annecy): The configuration data files for this Firebox could not be found. The configuration report cannot be generated without the data files."

for all my firebox.

data files?

do i need to create a report server? but i already have dimension...

Config reports require the config to be on the management server already. If you're on a basic managed firewall, or the firewall isn't being managed by a management server, this won't work.

If you log into the WebUI (https:// IP of firewall:8080 ) go to System -> Configuration File, and click to download the configuration report there.

strange, all my firebox are in fully managed mode...

@winproof We can look into why the config report isn't generating via a support case -- if you need the report for now, it should generate on the firewall itself via the WebUI method.
