SMB protocol can see and access folder, but not items

We have CNC machines on a different subnet, and a file share server on a different subnet. For some reason, when I allow the SMB protocol, the machine can see the folder, and when they open it, the files are empty. But, when I do Any, the files are visible. What's causing it?

I know in the image below it shows SMB disabled, but it was enabled when I was testing it, and I had 'Any' disabled. I reversed it because of the folder contents not being visible.

    Hi @tantony
-If the any policy is allowing the traffic to flow, there's likely another port/protocol being used. I'd suggest turning on logging for the any policy and seeing what ports are being touched in traffic monitor.
