What is the difference between System Status>Blocked Sites and Firewall>Blocked Sites?

I see some sites listed in one location and not in others. I'm trying to understand the reasoning.

    System Status shows the IP addrs which you manually added to the Blocked Sites list, as well as ones that are temporarily blocked by Fireware.
    For those that you added Blocked Sites list:

    • Triggering Source = Configuration
    • Reason = Static Blocked IP
    • Expiration = Never
