How to whitelist 2 (Epicor) addresses for outgoing traffic?

Hello,
We installed a Firebox last week and all works fine except one thing: we have 2 NUCs that retrieve data from Epicor Cloud for offline Point of Sale purposes.
Unfortunately we can't get these 2 IP addresses whitelisted (for outgoing traffic).
Is there something we're missing?

    What is the issue with these IP addrs?

    What do you see in Traffic Monitor related to them?
    Please post some samples.

    You can add a packet filter From: these IP addrs, To: Any-external which would likely resolve this.
    We need more details.....
