Deep inspection block site

Good evening,

I'm having trouble on an internet site, we have deep inspection enabled, I've already put "Domain names" in the exclusions with allow for this site, but I continue to have problems, if I disable deep inspection instead everything is ok, I was looking at the "HTTP Proxy" section Exception" , actually I've never used this option, can you tell me if this can help me by adding the site in this section to the exclusion.

    Hi @toscanatlc it may help (the HTTP proxy exceptions basically skip a majority of the checks, but not AV scanning.) I'd also check the firewall's logs for that traffic to see if it's catching the domain in the certificate (SNI) that you're expecting.
