Expired license - recovery keys

I've had an issue with my retailer getting my license renewed. I ordered them over a month ago but have not seen renewals (this is being addressed). Now that it is 9 days past due the Encryption section of the cloud is gone. What has happened to the stored bitlocker keys? Will they still be there when the renewal goes through?

    Hello, SkyJaxx.

    We keep the recovery keys for an unlimited time.
    The problem is the information stored on the online consoles: if more than 90 days go pass the expiration date without renewal, you will not be able to access the data directly, but will have to contact our technical support line in order to get that info.
