Dimension DB disconnects and connects again

I am receiving the following notifications

The Log Server is unable to connect to the database; retrying.
First attempt: 2023-06-06 19:01:47
Last attempt: 2023-06-06 19:01:47
Most recent database error message:

timeout expired

and after a few minutes, I received

The Log Server successfully connected to the database.
Connect Time: 2023-06-06 19:10:08

Please, has anyone had the same problem? I'm trying to figure out why this is happening and I haven't been able to find an answer.
it happens every so often and just connects again

    Hi @Ana

    -What version of Dimension are you running?
    -What hypervisor are you using?

    The dimension database is stored on the second hard drive that is configured in your VM. If the system is unable to connect (or the system is too busy to take requests) you may see timeouts.

    If you look at the logs for your hypervisor, do you see any issues with the device your second hard drive for dimension is placed on?
