Modem failover for managed BOVPN

It would be nice if modem failover would also be supported for managed BOVPN tunnels. Currently you can activate it only for manual configured BOVPNs.

    There is an open enhancement request to allow modem failover for managed BOVPN tunnels. The request is being tracked as FBX-4140.
