Upgrading OS issue
When I attempt to upgade my M370 from 12.8.2 build 666661 to any newer version I get the error "The selected file does not contain a valid upgrade image for this Firebox."
Does anybody have any idea what could be causing this? I've tried downloading the file and manually uploading it, and I've rebooted the device multiple times

You can do this via the SUPPORT CENTER link above, log in, Create New Case, Select Record Type = Customer Care

try to manually update to an older version and then to the next one.

Please try manually updating via the file on our website:
(Fireware 12.9.2 Sysa-dl for OS updates from the Web UI)

(You'll need to unzip it and use the sysa-dl file inside.)
If this continues to happen, I'd suggest opening a support case so we can get to the bottom of why this is happening.
