ISP change with 2 network block configuration

Hi We're changing isp and we're getting 2 static block /27 and /29, but the ISP is giving WAN /30 or /31. how can I configure in the firebox and we want to use port 2 for /27 and port 3 for /29.

    The normal setup is to use a single external interface for this and add the 2nd block as Secondary IP addrs on external.

    Hi Bruce, if they gave me a 1 wan /30 and /31, but we do have additional static blocks /27 and /29 how can I configure in the firebox? thanks again.

    I'd add them as Secondary IP addrs on external, as needed.
    Not sure of the value of a /31
