Dimension Backups Failing

We recently had power issues with the backup location for remote backup. The backup server is now powered on but backup jobs are still failing.

The email reports: "Error message: Unable to access the remote backup directory: Backup is configured but currently disabled."

If I go to Configuration\Remote Backup\ and test the location it reports 'success' and 'Enable Remote backups' is checked.

    Solved my own issue after some additional troubleshooting.

    I unchecked 'Enable Remote backups' saved. Then rechecked 'Enable Remote backups' saved. Was able to run scheduled and manual backup tasks.

    I'd suggest opening a support case so we can help determine what is going wrong. You can do so via the support center link at the top right of the page.

    If you do this, please get a support file from your Dimension server:
    -Log into Dimension as admin (or an account with admin permissions)
    -Go to Settings (gear icon) -> Server Settings
    -Click Diagnostics (top right, just under where the gear icon is)
    -Under "System Diagnostics" click to download a file with diagnostic info. Attach this file to your case.

    Automatic case routing is pretty accurate, but if you reply with your case number here, I can make sure your case ends up with the team to help with this type of issue.
