Need to update the feature key for my T30-W so I can download OS upgrades. Which software package can I buy to do this? Whole process is jumbled and inconvenient.

Standard support is the lowest priced option -- it comes with support and allows you to upgrade the firmware on the firewall:
WatchGuard Standard Support Renewal 1-yr for Firebox T30-W - WGT31201
You'll want to ask your reseller for a quote on WGT31201 (which is the part number for the above thing.)
If you need to find a partner/reseller, go to findpartner.watchguard.com
Please be aware that your T30-W will go end of life on June 30th, so you will only be able to extend it up to that date.
