Disable users logon Authpoint temporarily

I am trying to disable a users Authpoint when logging into their computer for 7-10 days. I've added the user to the bypass list as well as removed them from the Authpoint users group in active directory. Doing this just adds them to the quarantined list. How can I do this easily?

Use the forgot token feature for them -- it'll only work for 72 hours at a time (meaning you'll need to do it 3-4 times) but that will neatly revert them to using MFA after that expires.

Thanks for the reply. I was trying to avoid having to do it that way. I was able to achieve what I wanted to do by trial and error. Thanks!
