Installation Failed

I've been trying to install watchguard endpoint agent then unexpectedly the pc loss power during installation. When the pc start again i tried to install watchguard again and i get this error message even after i restart my pc. anyone know to fix this ?

    I would suggest creating a support case (use the support center link at the top right of this page.)
    This will likely need to be manually uninstalled, but our team will need to determine what got installed in order to help and create steps for you to fix it.

    In order to be able to do a fresh reinstallation, you can follow the steps listed in the link below, where you can download and run both agent and protection uninstallers, and after following these steps, check that you can install the product correctly:

  • i experience same issue with the customer right now. i understand that it will soon be not support by WG Endpoint, but customer want to see agent installed on Windows 2003 and Linux Operating system.

    base on the link provide above. it seems that it will need to uninstall the agent for my case it is freshly installation. any idea why can install on a windows 2003 platform. thank you

    Hi @Sgimtech
    Server 03 is no longer supported by Microsoft -- I would suggest your customer consider upgrading their server to one that still receives updates.
