Is there a table what this error means?
This is an error decrypting QR codes, either when enrolling or by using a QR code to sign in.
iOS application . QR Code . ERROR_DECRYPT_QRCODE - The token for this QR Code is not available. - QR Code cannot be decrypted.
Please ensure that the customers are running the latest version of the iOS AuthPoint application, and that the time/date are correct on the phone(s).
(If the AuthPoint app was loaded any other way than via the AppStore, it will not be able to auto-update.)
