Our T40 rental devices with total security has wrong expires dates on Access Portal & Intelligent AV which is set to 8. october 2022 where the rest of the services has the correct date a month from now, 8. november 2022.

You'll need to create a customer care case in order to have this corrected. If you are renting them through an MSSP (Managed Service Provider) it would be best to have them (The MSSP) open that case as it'd be under their account most likely.
I can get a temporary key from that team if they can't correct it by then for whatever reason if you can provide serial numbers for those devices.
