Some PCs on the network cannot get intenet access
Good Day,
We are using the M200, firmware version 12.4.
The problems we are facing is that some PCs are able to browse but some cannot.
All PCs have the same version of WG Authentication Client installed on them (12.3).
Please advise what might be happening

Could be many things.
Anything in Traffic Monitor to help understand this ?
Consider upgrading the V12.4.1 Update 1. There are a number of fixes related to HTTPS web site access problems in V12.45 -

Hi CdM,
We'd need to see logs from the traffic monitor to determine what is going on. Like Bruce mentioned, there are some issues with the HTTP/S proxies that were fixed in the latest update, so that may be a good place to start.
For something this serious, I would suggest opening a case with, or calling the technical support team, so that they can look into your issue more thoroughly.
