Firebox config ESET EndPoint Protection
Hi, I'm trying to install ESET EndPoint Protection on a PC. MSP version. The setup brings an application error. "There is no internet connection..". Does anyone have an idea which settings I need to adjust on the Firebox? Thanks!

Any clue in Traffic Monitor when this install is tried?
My guess is that the HTTP or HTTPS proxy is preventing access, possibly because the install is using TCP port 80 or 443 but is not using real HTTP/HTTPS.
If so, then you would need to add a HTTP or HTTPS packet filter To: the IP address or FQDN needed for the install process.
You'll likely need to make proxy exceptions (or a packet filter) to allow these addresses if you're using a proxy on the firebox:
They list out what domains are used by each product and for what:

I would suggest starting with a proxy exception, and if that doesn't work, move to a specific rule to allow traffic from Any-Trusted to their listed domains via a packet filter.
