Firewall Configuration Review

I'm looking for a solution where I can compare my current firewall configuration against a previously saved configuration. This would be to identify all changes so that list can be compared against a master list of changes.
Any suggestions?

    Perhaps this:
    create firewall config reports using the WebUI (System -> Configuration File -> Firewall Configuration Report).
    Use a print to PDF utility (such as doPDF or MS Print to PDF) to get it in a readable file.
    Then use a PDF compare utility to compare those reports to identify changes.
