Authpoint - New MFA users not getting added via LDAP sync

Hi,
We're using AuthPoint for MFA authentication and everything was working fine.

Now since last few days we're facing a strange issue where new users added to our local AD groups are not getting synced to the AuthPoint portal but users deleted from AD are being synced correctly and getting quarantined.

We have checked the Gateway and External Identity and can't see any errors.
Any hep or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @mashiyer
    I would suggest opening a support case -- our support team can help take a look at your logs and try to determine what might be going wrong.

    If you'd prefer to look yourself first, I'd suggest looking at the LDAP folder in C:\ProgramData\WatchGuard\AuthPoint\logs -- this may point you in the right direction.
