PureVPN Pup

Hi, can anyone help with this one?

We have a client who uses PureVPN. No matter what we do to AD360 it keeps classifying this as a pup and refuses to allow it to run.

We've told the console to allow it and see "The administrator has allowed this threat to run on all computers" against it but whenever we try to run the program it still gets detected as a threat and is blocked.

    The PureVPN application is likely being blocked due to a false positive detection. I recommend opening a support case so that the false positive can be investigated and corrected. You may open a support case by using the 'Report a problem' link in the AD360 console. The link will also retrieve a PSInfo file from the computer with diagnostic information. The following page describes how to use the 'Report a problem' link.

    Access the online console for this client.
    Access the tab "Settings"
    Select "Workstations and Servers" on the left hand side.
    Now select the profiles affected by this blockage.
    Expand the General option.
    There you can exclude from analysis the file for opening the PUREVPN app.
    Much better if you do exclude it with full path for the file.
    Exclude it under the FILE box.
    click enter to record the file with full path.
    Click save at the top right.
    Wait 5 minutes and try again.
