Dimension - Certificate error

Hi,

I'm trying to add remote fireboxes to Dimension but I get a socket error on one of the remote fireboxes.

Dimension is deployed behind a firebox.

The error in the traffic monitor on the remote firebox is:
dxcp socket error on connect to wss://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:443/websock1/: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:661)

The error on the front panel of the firebox is:
socket error

I can't seem to figure out which certificate is needed and where the certificate should be imported.

    You may get a comment from a WG rep to help.
    Otherwise, you should open a support case on this.

    We're encountering a cert that we're not expecting if you see this -- the cert from the Dimension server should be in the WGD file that you import into the firewall.

    Is the cert the Dimension server is presenting valid (for example, has it expired if you examine it?)
