SMTP Proxy domain whitelist/exception

It would be nice if we could have a domain whitelist for SMTP proxy actions within the SMTP proxy. I would like to "Lock" attachments with .html extensions, however we have some vendors that use secure email that attach an html file so allowing those vendors or domains so the smtp proxy doesn't lock those attachments.

    You can have 2nd SMTP proxy From: special domains (FQDNs or IP addrs), with different proxy settings.
    Just make sure that the new policy ends up above the existing policy.
