Rack mount brackets (or Rack Mount Ears if that is what they are called)

I recently purchased a Firebox M670. The rack mounting brackets (or ears if that is what they are called) are missing.

The box hung around for a bit longer than usual. For some reason when I unpacked it the box of cables and mounting brackets was missing. Either it was not in the box when we received it, or it was removed by someone while in our storage room.

I need a pair of rack mounting brackets for the Firebox M670. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to get some, or a part number to give to my usual supplier please?
