SSO Agent configuration plus 12.7.2
After upgrading to this version on my Windows 2016 server, all my Windows 7 computers stopped authenticating by user and I had to configure them by IP.
This only happened with Windows 7 computers, the computers I have with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems did not present this problem.
Does anyone know what it is and how I can fix it.
Thank you.

For the record, from what Fireware version did you upgrade?
And, do you have the SSO client installed on any of these Win 7 PCs?
Review this section:
Enable Active Directory Mode
For the most reliable SSO deployment, you must install the SSO Client, Event Log Monitor, or Exchange Monitor. If at least one of these components is not installed, or not configured correctly, the SSO Agent must use Active Directory (AD) Mode for SSO. AD Mode is disabled by default in v12.7.2 or higher of the SSO Agent.

Hello Bruce Briggs
The latest client version is installed on all computers.
hello bruce briggs
the AD configuration option, should it be configured from the SSO or is it optional?
The SSO Agent option of Active Directory Mode is optional.
