backup image saves firewall rules?

I have a firewall in the company that has productive stuff from clients and I can't test. My question is, a backup image saves me all the firewall rules and tunnels? I have looked on the internet and it says that it saves "configuration files" but I don't know if these parameters are included. Can you please confirm this for me?

A backup file (.fxi) will contain all rules, configuration, and certificates from the firewall at the time the backup was taken.

A configuration file (.xml) will contain your rules, configuration, but won't contain any certificates
