Tons of nginx errors almost every day in logs

What makes this weird is that port 4137 is not open, only 4100 and 443 are open, so shouldn't I be seeing a generic (Unhandled External Packet-00) message instead of gobs of these:

    Hi @pkokkinis
    I'd suggest opening a support case so we can look at this more closely. This could be serving a reject page, but it's hard to tell just from that log.
